1. About these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of TSG Academy (the “Platform”), operated by Technology Staffing Group SA, Switzerland (“TSG”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

2. Who can use the Platform

The Platform is for authorised users only — employees and approved members of organisations that TSG has granted access to. You may sign up only with an approved organisation email address. You must be old enough to form a binding agreement in your country.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information (such as your real name and work email).
• Tell us promptly at info@tsgcorp.ch if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

4. Acceptable use

When using the Platform, you agree not to:

• Share your account or access with unauthorised people.
• Attempt to access data or accounts that are not yours.
• Copy, redistribute, or resell the course content outside your organisation without permission.
• Disrupt, damage, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform.

5. Content and intellectual property

The course materials and Platform content are owned by TSG or its licensors and are provided for your training within your organisation. You are granted a limited, non-transferable right to access and use the content for that purpose only. You may not reproduce or distribute the content outside your organisation without our written permission.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the Platform available and working, but we provide it “as is” and do not guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, change, or suspend parts of the Platform from time to time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, TSG is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Ending access

We may suspend or end access to the Platform (for example, if these Terms are breached, or when an organisation’s access ends). You may stop using the Platform at any time and request deletion of your account by contacting info@tsgcorp.ch.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and change the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of Switzerland.
