TSG Academy is an online training platform operated by Technology Staffing Group SA, Switzerland (“TSG”, “we”, “us”).

What information we collect

We keep the data we need to run the training platform, and no more:

• Your name — so we can personalise your account and (where applicable) show your progress to your manager.
• Your work email address — used to create and sign in to your account, verify your email, and send account-related messages (such as verification and password-reset emails).
• Your learning activity — the lessons you complete, quiz results, points, and similar progress information.

We do not collect special categories of data, we do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

How we use your information

We use your information only to:

• Create and secure your account and let you sign in.
• Deliver the training and save your progress so you can pick up where you left off.
• Show progress and standings to authorised managers within your organisation (see “Who can see your data” below).
• Send you necessary account and service messages.

Where your data is stored

Your data is stored securely on servers located in Switzerland.

Who can see your data

• You can see your own profile and progress.
• Authorised managers in your organisation can see team members’ names and progress (for example, on the team leaderboard), so they can support and track training.
• Access is restricted to approved organisation email domains; people outside your organisation cannot sign up or see your data.

How long we keep your data

We keep your account and progress data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the training. If you would like your account and data deleted, contact us at info@tsgcorp.ch.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@tsgcorp.ch. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including secure authentication, email verification, and access rules that limit who can read your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and change the “Last updated” date above.
